Growing Organically with Ryan from Elabor8

Ryan is the Group Manager for Elabor8's Queensland office, which he has led for the last 5 years. He grew it from himself to a team of 30+ people in late 2021. He is responsible for all of the operations within Queensland, which keeps him on his toes! He's also passionate about sharing his experiences as an agile leader and on topics like Objectives & Key Results. You'll see him either presenting on these topics or doing occasional interviews, which is why we asked him to jump on the podcast!
